In case of a delicate, complicated or important conversation, it is better to have the interpreter present in person. It is possible to book an interpreting service in advance. For a conversation about a specific medical or therapeutic topic, TVcN works with specialized interpreters, who also provide interpreting services on site.

Interpreting services on site are recommended:

• In case of a conversation in which bad news will be delivered
• If during the conversation the assistance worker wants to explain something using visual materials or equipment.
• When several persons attend the conversation
• When delicate choices need to be made
