In general, you can visit our website without having to provide us with your personal details. If, however, you do decide of your own accord to supply us with information, we will use it in accordance with our website policy. Data protection of TVcN employees
Under "employees", we include candidates, job seekers and TVcN site employees of Manpower Business Solutions.

The Manpower group, including Manpower Business Solutions and its subsidiary TVcN Tolk- en Vertaalcentrum Nederland, attaches great importance to your privacy, and we do all we can to process your personal data in accordance with our global privacy policy (Global Data Privacy Policy) and according to the highest standards of data protection.

1. to enter into and to maintain a working relationship with you in your capacity as an employee, as personnel or via mediation

Data protection statement for commercial partners in the Netherlands

Under "commercial partners", we include customers, suppliers, salespersons and all others who collect personal data emanating from the employees of the company.

In the following situations, Manpower Business Solutions and TVcN Tolk- en Vertaalcentrum Nederland (that forms part of Manpower Business Solutions) -hereinafter jointly to be known as TVcN Tolk- en Vertaalcentrum Nederland - must process the personal data of those concerned who work for companies with which we do business:

1. to build up and maintain a trading relationship with the company
2. to co-ordinate, supply and invoice interpreting and translating duties
3. to inform company personnel about new business opportunities
4. to carry on everyday internal business within our organisation such as financial administration and accounting, legal matters and management functions
